Why is the traditional Nuremberg bratwurst so small? What spices give it its delicate yet hearty flavor? In this midday cooking class you will have the opportunity to learn about the history of the world's most famous bratwurst and to rejuvenate this classic Franconian favorite.
We will prepare cookionista's unique bratwurst-recepies: a tasty bratwurst salad, bake a crisp bratwurst-sauerkraut pie, and cook bratwursts in honey-balsamic sauce. Then we will savor the delicious results for lunch. All recipes will be provided online exclusively to participants so they can recreate the dishes at home.
