Saffron cream with mango and pistachio

0.5 lemons
0.5 mango
200 g quark
sugar
1 pinch of ground saffron
1 tbsp pistachios

Zubereitung

  1. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the lemon.
  2. Chop the pistachios.
  3. Whisk the quark with the lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Peel the mango, remove the stone and dice.
  5. Mix the quark with the saffron until smooth and add half of the mango cubes.
  6. Garnish the saffron cream with the remaining mango cubes and the chopped pistachio nuts.

UNser TIPP

The dessert also tastes very good with cream yogurt (10 %).
