1 small clove of garlic
1 tbsp tahini
vegetable stock
5 tbsp olive oil
salt
cayenne pepper
1/4 flatbread
Hummus can be wonderfully colored with turmeric, beetroot or spinach. As an alternative to vegetable stock, a little yoghurt in hummus also tastes delicious.
