Berry cream with egg liqueur

250 g frozen berries
250 g mascarpone
3 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp egg liqueur
100 ml cream

Zubereitung

  1. Defrost the frozen berries.
  2. Stir the mascarpone, sugar and 2 tbsp of the eggnog until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the mascarpone cream.
  4. Alternate layers of thawed berries and mascarpone cream in small cups.
  5. Drizzle each portion with 1 tbsp eggnog.

UNser TIPP

For a non-alcoholic version, mix the mascarpone with 1 egg yolk instead of eggnog.
