4 potatoes
0.5 lemons
1 garlic clove
2 green cardamom pods
1 tsp turmeric
vegetable oil
salt

Zubereitung

  1. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into wedges and place on a baking tray.
  2. Grate the lemon zest.
  3. Halve the lemon and squeeze.
  4. Peel and finely dice the garlic.
  5. Crush the cardamom pod with a wide knife.
  6. Mix the lemon zest and juice, diced garlic, cardamom pods, turmeric and salt in a bowl with the oil.
  7. Pour the seasoning oil over the potatoes and mix.
  8. Bake the potatoes in a 180° C oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and season with salt.
