2 spring onions
1 lemon
3 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 sea bream
2 bay leaves
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
olive oil
50 ml white wine
salt
pepper

Zubereitung

  1. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
  2. Cut the lemon into wedges.
  3. Peel and finely dice the garlic.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds.
  5. Dice one tomato and cut the other two into eighths.
  6. Wash and finely chop the spring onions.
  7. Make a spice paste from the garlic, spring onions, breadcrumbs, diced tomatoes and olive oil.
  8. Season the fish with salt and pepper and stuff with this mixture.
  9. Then place in an oven dish, add the bay leaves, lemon wedges, wine, olive oil and tomato wedges and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

UNser TIPP

If you like it a little spicier, you can add red curry paste or fresh, finely diced chillies to the spice mix.
