4 stalks of mint
80 g dark chocolate
500 g cream quark
sugar
Zubereitung
- Grate the lime zest.
- Cut the limes in half and squeeze.
- Strip the mint leaves from the stalks against the grain.
- Cut the mint leaves into fine strips.
- Roughly grate the dark chocolate.
- Stir the quark with the lime zest and juice and the finely chopped mint until smooth.
- Season the lime and mint quark cream with sugar.
- Pour half of the lime cream into portion glasses.
- Sprinkle the lime cream portions with 2/3 of the dark chocolate shavings.
- Pour the other half of the lime cream onto the dark chocolate shavings.
- Sprinkle the lime cream portions with the rest of the dark chocolate shavings.

If you want to add some texture to the cream, you can layer crushed chocolate cookies in the glasses.
