UNser TIPP

You should only fill the hosomaki with one or a maximum of two ingredients at a time, the taste should be clear. If you fill the roll with vegetables, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the rice, but if you use fish, spread a small line of wasabi on the rice. You can fill the hosomaki with many different ingredients, e.g. fish tartare, green asparagus, beet, thin strips of carrot, etc.
