8 floury potatoes
200 ml milk
2 tbsp butter
salt
pepper
nutmeg
Muskatnuss

Zubereitung

  1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into walnut-sized pieces.
  3. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, then drain in a sieve.
  4. Pour the milk into the pan, bring to the boil and season with salt, a little pepper and grated nutmeg.
  5. Press the potatoes through a potato ricer into the pot with the hot milk.
  6. Stir the mashed potatoes and fold in the butter.

UNser TIPP

You can also use cream instead of milk to make it even creamier.
