Zutaten für 4 Personen

4 potatoes
1 sprig of rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
4 sage leaves
4 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper

Zubereitung

  1. Cut the scrubbed potatoes in half, quarters or eighths, depending on their size, and place in a bowl.
  2. Strip the rosemary needles from the sprig against the grain and chop finely.
  3. Pluck the thyme leaves from the sprigs.
  4. Finely chop the sage leaves.
  5. Add the rosemary, sage and thyme to the potatoes in the bowl.
  6. Add the olive oil to the potatoes and herbs in the bowl and mix everything well.
  7. Place the herb potatoes on a baking tray.
  8. Bake the herb potatoes in a hot oven at 180° for approx. 40 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
