4 potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Zubereitung

  1. Cut the scrubbed potatoes unpeeled into finger-thick slices and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sesame seeds.
  3. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper before serving.

The potatoes also taste delicious with rosemary, thyme and sage instead of sesame seeds.
