Banana sambal

1 banana
1 lemon
curry powder

Coconut raita

300 g yogurt (min. 3.5% fat)
4 tsp shredded coconut
1 lemon
salt
pepper

Zubereitung

Banana sambal

  1. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze.
  2. Peel and slice the banana, place in a small bowl and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Dust the banana slices with curry and leave to stand briefly.

Coconut raita

  1. Mix the yogurt with the grated coconut in a small bowl.
  2. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the lemon juice.
  3. Season the coconut yogurt with lemon juice, lemon zest and salt to taste.
